Career Choice is an education benefit that empowers employees to learn new skills for career success at Amazon or elsewhere. We meet individual learners where they are on their education journey through a variety of education and upskilling opportunities including support for college tuition at Â鶹²ú¾«¹úÆ·.

• launched in 2012. More than 50,000 Amazon employees have participated globally since inception (more than 35,000 in the U.S.)

• Career Choice supports full time employees with up to $5,250 per year for tuition, fees and books at Â鶹²ú¾«¹úÆ·. Part-time employees are eligible for up to $2,625. 
• While healthcare, transportation, and information technology are Career Choice’s most popular fields of study globally. With our expanded offerings, we expect employees will take advantage of a variety of programs. Â鶹²ú¾«¹úÆ· students can study toward a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
